14.    Return Policy

14.1  Goods may only be returned pursuant to relevant Commonwealth Legislation. The Company will at it's option either:

         (a)  replace the Goods; or

         (b)  grant Customer credit against future purchasers in an amount equal to the purchase price of the Goods.

14.2  Returned Goods will be accepted within seven (7) days from the date of delivery on approval by the Company and the cost of the return shall be borne by the Customer. Charges may be levied by the Company to cover handling, inspection and reconditioning costs and must be paid by the Customer in accordance with condition 14.

14.3  Units made as special or unique units (for example altered motors, voltages, shaft modifications and similar) will only be supplied for credit less the cost of converting them to standard units.

14.4  Notwithstanding all the above, goods returned for credit and approved will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates will be refunded for faulty goods.  Original shipping rates will not be refundable for an incorrect choice or change of mind by the customer. 

CREDIT for returns?
Credit will be issued to customers with an account. Refund will be given to retail customers.

Packing materials?
Goods should be returned in the orginal packaging?
